eline sağlık literally means health to your hands, and is a Turkish expression used to praise someone, often for cooking, photography, artistic works eg. pottery or paintings. Obviously your hands are used in the making of what is being praised.

bunlar means these, probably referring to whatever the praise is for.

hanka =????? maybe a typing error for

kanka = buddy, mate, close male friend (colloquial language)
