It´s been long days since my mind got broken. When I tell people I am a language teacher, they tend to strike me with:

Ingilizice nasıl oğrenebilirim?

Well and then my sweating starts, because I can honestly only guess whether it´s konuştukça or konuşarak. I know -dikçe should be used for a repeated or long lasting action and -erek is actually a reply to "how" but I cannot figure out any clear distinction between two of them. If you had a trick I could use... you would make someone very happy

As a native turkish speaker, i needed to answer your question.

If you say ´konuştukça´ it  highlights the ´speaking process´, i mean ´as long as you speak´

But if you say ´konuşarak´ it higlights a way to learn english very well.

But i must say that you can give the same meaning with both. I mean,

´As long as you speak(This highlights ´speaking process´ ), you learn english´ - Konuştukça(well im not sure of this sentence though, it can be meaningless sorry)

´You can learn english WITH speaking(this higlights ´a way to learn english´ ) - Konuşarak
