My thoughts by breaking down the first part

millet = the nation, the people (of the nation)

memleket = the whole country

sahip çıkarak = by protecting/by doing something for

güzel bir insan = a good/beautiful person

yetişmek = to grow up, to be able to do, to manage to do

yetişirsin = you will grow up

inşallah = God willing, if it is Allah´s wish, I hope

and combined one meaning could be 

I hope you will grow into a good person by doing something both for your people and your country

My thoughts for the next bit ....

CHP´liler gibi = like those that are with the Republican People´s Party [Cumhuriyet Halk Partısı]

vatan haini değil = he/she is not a traitor

Because the sentence has no punctuation, I will break the next bit into sections, and then guess at a meaning

ha bunu bilesin = may you know this, I´ll tell you this

kızım = my girl

I´ll tell you this my girl ......

allahım = my God, my Allah

bu memlekete = to this country

allahtan korkan kuldan utanan muslumanlar = those Muslims who fear Allah and are ashamed of Man

nasip etsin = may (Allah) he grant

In my opinion roughly translates to ....

May Allah grant my country Muslims who fear Allah and are ashamed of what bad things mankind can do.
