Can I say ...... öncelikle ben senin mesajı okuyorum?

When I come home - eve geldiğimde

When I come home  -  Eve geldiğimde

first what I do - İlk ne yapıyorum / İlk yaptığım

I read your message. - Mesajını okuyorum / Mesajını okumak.

Would gelince also be OK here? What´s the difference between gelince and geldiğmde?

I think gelince is used more in future tenses, for example: Eve gelince bulaşıkları yıkarım/yıkayacağım: I will wash the dishes when i come back home.

And geldiğimde is used more in past tenses: Eve geldiğimde bulaşıklar coktan yıkanmıştı: When i came back home dishes had already been washed.

But i must further add that both can be exchanged and both can be used in sentences, no matter which tense you want to mean.
