Its so hard question to answer...

Well.. About the react of parents, i can say that it can vary depending on someone´s beliefs, political ideas and other staff like that, but most of the turkish people and other minorities of turkey can be classified as conservative, so as can be guessed it is not easy for them to accept it. But, over the years people of turkey have gradually retired from being conservative, and influenced by the modern secularistic ideas, but not so enough to accept a situation like that, at last most of the people of turkey.

So in short, there is some exceptionals, but for the most of people of turkey that situation is out of question.

And what happens to the culprit who put the girl in this situation? Is he ostracized by the community as well?

This looks more like a criticism put forth as a question.
