Hello friends,

Please help me with this urgent translation... For a business form, I have two sentences to be translated but in a formal way;

1. İş bu sözleşme karşılıklı onaylandığı takdirde ancak ........ tarafından feshedilebilir.

This contract can only be cancelled by.......... when it is approved by the both sides.

2. Ödeme şekli ürün tesliminde peşin veya 90 günlük çek için geçerli fiyattır. 

The payment (price) is valid for cash on delivery or for the check valid 90 days.
