in england we have to pay for buying plastic carrier bags in supermarkets.

this morning i tried to explain this to the owner of the local supermarket.she understood that i paid for bags in england.then she asked neden?

it was too difficult for me to explain in turkish that it is to cut down on the use of plastic bags.

is there a very simple way i can say this in turkish?
