I need a site for Reading & Listening Turkish, 

for example, a site that contain any Turkish text (whether: stories, passages...etc)

with English translator and an Mp3 for the Turkish text? 

I´m not sure but there are a lot of Turkish shows with English subtitles. So that is 2 out 3 for what you are looking for. I liked this series:
