Hi everyone,

I hope this is the right place to post this. I have been using this website and other resources to try and learn Turkish, but I am beginning to realize that I am not really the most disciplined person and self-study has been proving to be difficult. So I was looking for recommendations on language courses in Istanbul. I have read that most people recommend Dilmer or Tomer as the best options. I was wondering if anyone might have any experience using either of these schools. Most of the reviews I have read online are from 5 to 7 years ago, so I was just hoping to get someone with a more recent experience.

Thanks again.

I finished another Dilmer course 2 years ago (November 2014).

The final post in this link gives my thoughts on Dilmer. I regularly see updates on Facebook, and some good teachers are still working there. They also did some revisions to their textbooks 2 years ago.
