Grammar question

"I know what you did" is: Ne yaptığını biliyorum.

How can we distinguish these?

- I know what you are doing

- I know what you had done

- I know what you were doing

- I know what you do

It looks like you can use "ne yaptığını biliyorum" for each..

but

Ne yapıyor/yapmakta olduğunu biliyorum -  I know what you are doing

Ne yapmış olduğunu biliyorum- I know what you had done
