Here is the word-for-word translation of it. I hope you can capture the original meaning

Adam kafeslemek için ( to encage people) ne güzel tezgah kurmuşsun (what an excellent trap you´ve set)

Aferin sana (good for you), pastane mastane iyi bahane (the pastry shop is just an excuse => you use it only to disguise your true intentions)

Thank you so much! That´s a great translation!

Since you´re here, I also wanted to ask you what tense is "bırakılır mı"?

Thank you so much! That´s a great translation!

Since you´re here, I also wanted to ask you what tense is "bırakılır mı"?

bırak- (v.)

İsrail, Filistinli tutukluları serbest bıraktı.

Israel released the Palestinian prisoners.

bırak.ıl (passive)

Filistinli tutuklular İsrail tarafından serbest bırakıldı

The Palestinian prisoners were released by Israel

bırak.ıl.ır (passive + aorist/present tense)

Tutuklu serbest bırakılır

The prisoner is released

bırak.ıl.ır ? (passive + aorist/present tense + question)

Tutuklu serbest bırakılır ?

Is the prisoner released?

also used for negative:

Kapı açık bırakılır mı? => bırakılmaz => kapı açık bırakılmamalı.

Is the door left open? => it is not left open => the door should not be left open.

Hope this helps..
