Could someone check and help me with translation:

 

1.What is in the heavy box?

Ağır kutuda ne var?


2.person from Istanbul

İstanbul´dan kişi

 

3.I left the car in the street.

Arabam sokakta

 

4.I did not show him the post office.

Ona postane göstermedim.

 

5. Why did they go?

Niçin gidiler?

 

6.Which evening did they arrive?

Hangi akşam geldiler?

 

7. I read all of the book.

 

8.Some tourists didn´t like the food.

Bazı turistler yemekleri sevmedi/beğenmedi.

 

9.I would like to wash my clothes

 

10.He will come after five.

Beşten sonra gelecek.

 

11.Who will pay the bill?

Hesabı kim alacak/ödecek?

 

12.When do you close the laundry?

 

13.The hottest months in Turkey is July.
Türkiye´de en sıcak ay Temmuz ayı.

 

14.He will not drink water.

Su/suyu içmeyecek.

 

15.I didn´t come because I went to Italy.

Gelmedim çünkü Italya´ya gittim.

 

16.Do we have a homework?

Ödevimiz var mı?

İstanbul´dan kişi

İstanbul´da yaşayan/oturan birisi/kişi

İstanbul´da yaşayan (or oturan) birisine (or kişiye) İstanbullu denir.  

= A person from İstanbul is referred to as İstanbullu.
