Turkish sentence structure is flexible. You can change the positions of all words if you want. But generally subject is the first word and verb is the last. It is same in a complex sentence too. In a complex sentence there are gerunds (filimsi) and they cant be formed with tenses. So it is easy to determine which verb to put to the end. The verb which has a tense and a personal suffix comes in the end. And the verb which doesnt have a tense and personal suffix doesnt.

Ex: Bana her gün okula gittiğini söyledi.

He told me that he goes to school every day.
