Göğünde tanıdım ayın ondördünü.
Kırlarında bilirim baharı,
Herşey içimde, herşey,
İstanbul yadigarı.

From your sky, I perceive the fourteenth of the month(referring here to the lunar month, which is a bit different from a solar month,  on which of the fourteenth day a full moon is observed)

From the wild, my appreciation of a scent of spring

Everything in my heart, everything

All that reminscent of Istanbul.
