Hangisi means ´which of them´, ´whichever´.

http://tureng.com/en/turkish-english/hangisi

The -(s)i is in this case a possesive adjective and means ´his´ or ´its´.

Hangisi means which of them as JNQ wrote, -si is the equivelant of "of" in Turkish.
