translation for electrician

An electrician is coming to the house tomorrow

I want to say the following..i have tried to translate into turkish

1. This  light is not working in the kitchen....Bu işik mutfagi´da çalişmiyor.

2. Two outside lights are not working ..iki diş işik çalişmiyor.

3. here is the fusebox...Burada sigorta kutu.

4. Who do I pay?  Kim oder mi?

I´m not sure of it all. few things

 

1) mutfakta - in the kitchen. the apostrophe is for proper nouns only, like cities or countries

 

4) you shouldn´t put mi because kim is a question word. You have the correct verb, but you need to conjugate it: Kimi ödeyeceğim?

2. Dışarıdaki iki lamba yanmıyor.

3. Sigorta kutusu burada.

4. Kim öder/ödeyecek ?
