senin icin=for you

I want to confirm how to use these phrases.

if i am at a restaurant can i say...benim icin tavuk lutfen

 senin icin  su ister misiniz?

can i say...benim icin bu araba mukemmel.

´benim için tavuğu lutfen´ is technically not wrong but if you want to order something I´d just say ´(Ben) tavuk(tavuğu) istiyorum.´

´Senin için su ister misiniz?´: misiniz is the polite form, while senin is the amical form. If you want to ask ´Do you want some water?´ you can say ´(Sen) su ister misin?´ or in the polite form: ´(Siz) su ister misiniz?´

´Benim için bu araba mükemmel´ means ´For me (for my situation, in particular, as opposed to others) this car is great´. If you want to say ´I think this car is great´´ , you can say ´Bence bu araba mükemmel´ or ´I like this car´: ´(Ben) bu araba seviyorum´.

You use the ben, sen or siz only if you want to make a clear distiction between them/you and the rest. otherwise just leave it out.

Many cases in English you use ´for me´ don´t work in Turkish, although many do. 

Benim için dua et.

Pray for me.

Bunlar benim için.

These are for me.

And a big exception in turkish: 

Onların için - incorrect

Onlar için - correct

This sounds natural... More convinient way is;

"Bana bir tavuk lütfen"

this is a little bit strange... leave "senin icin" and just use "su ister misiniz?".

we often prefer this dative -a/e to için :

(the shorter, the better)

-a => for

bana dua et (benim için dua et) pray for me

bunlar bana (bunlar benim için) there are for me

-a => (in order) to

bana yardıma geldiler (bana yardım için geldiler) they came to help me

yardıma hazırım (yardım için hazırım) I´m ready to help 

çalışmaya gitti (çalışmak için gitti) s/he went to work

bakmaya geldi (bakmak için geldi) s/he came to look
