can someone rank these words? as in which one is ´´stronger´´? I understand what they mean but I´d like to know if one means more than another or it´s just a matter or preference (mood perhaps?) tesekkurler

Good question. I don´t know the answer but here´s my 2 cents.

canım is the weakest of the 5 since it´s widely used, i.e. frienship and family even in the office setting. I think hayatım is stronger

perhaps bebeğim is the strongest because unless you are talking to a baby, the meaning is obvious

It´s most of the dependant on the person using it but usually "canım" is the softest, followed by "bi tanem" and then "hayatım". Usually "aşkım" is the most affectionate one and indicates deep love. When it comes to "bebeğim", this one is generally less associated with love and more with lust or desire.

Then again, these are my personal opinions and like I said, it really depends from person to person.
