How would you translate the following sentence using "demek (denilmek)" or "

söylemek (söylenmek)" if possible?

1) I was told that the children would come tomorrow.

2a) It is said that the children will arrive tomorrow.

2b) The children are said to arrive tomorrow.

Thanks a lot for your help in advance!

1. Bana yarin çocuklar geleceğini söylendi.

2. Yarin çocuklar geleceğini söyleniyor.

I think there is no difference between 2a and 2b in Turkish. Hopefully someone can double-check this.
