Turkce nasil denir

1. I cannot speak turkish fluently

2. One day i hope to speak turkish well/fluently

3. Does dilerim mean i hope.

1.  Türkçe´yi  akııcı  konuşamıyorum. 

2.  İnşallah bir gün Türkçe´yi  akıcı konuşurum.

3.  Dilerim-  Yes, it can mean  I hope  however  it is more like ´´ I wish ´´ 

for instance --- 

Size  iyi günler dilerim.---- I wish you a good  day . 

Mutluluklar  dilerim - I wish you happines.
