güzel: beautiful
çok güzel: very beautiful

güzelim: i am beautiful

if you want to emphesize "i am" ("ben"):
ben güzelim

"güzelim" also means: "my beautiful"

it changes due to your usage/stress on syllables.

güZElim: i am beautiful
güzeLİM: my beautiful

if you want to make a question sentence, you should add the question suffixes(which is suitable) "mı","mi","mu","mü"

here, it must be "mi" any you have to add "i am" suffix after this suffix: "miyim"

here is your question:
güzel miyim?(am i beautiful?)

this question seems normal, but if you are not sure and you ask your friend, and you want to emphasize "i am", then you should add "ben":

ben güzel miyim?
or equalent:
güzel miyim ben?

the second sentence means that you cannot believe that you were beautiful. so you want to be sure and ask.

i know this seems some deep and complex, don't worry, if you are determined, you can get them all.

What you have asked is concerning use of the personal suffixes with the verbs. We can not drop the personal suffixes. However we can drop personal pronouns:

We can either say: Ben güzelim, or Güzelim.
Ben mutluyum, or Mutluyum.
But can not say: Ben mutlu. The personal suffix of the first person singular for the verb "to be" (-imek fiili) is missing in the sentence, "Ben mutlu".

More examples may make the point clear:

"Sen mutlusun", or "mutlusun" (not "sen mutlu".)
"Biz öğrenciyiz", or "öğrenciyiz" (not "biz öğrenci".)
"Siz öğretmensiniz", or "öğretmensiniz" (not "siz öğretmen.)

You can drop the personal pronouns.
You can never drop the personal suffixes attacted to the verb.

Except that the examples you give are about possessive nouns and adjectives, not verbs.

"güzelim" is a possessive suffix on an adjective
"öğrenciyiz" is a possessive suffix on a noun

Or did you mean that the suffix is the verb to be?

With "güzelim" it is also the possessive suffix of the first person singular: "Benim güzelim".

With "öğrenciyiz" it isn't possessive suffix. It is verb "to be" for the first person plural. The correct possessive suffix for the word "öğrenci" is "öğrencim" (for first person singular): Benim öğrencim.

As for the personal suffixes attached to the verb "to be".
You can not drop it in the sentence below.
"Ben öğrenciyim"

You can drop the personal suffix of the verb "to be" with "öğrenci" in the sentence below:

Ben öğrenci(yim), sen öğretmensin.
