"Yaralar çoğaldıkça acıyı duymaz olurmuş insan"

between duymaz and duymaz olur there is no difference, both have the same meaning, precisely..

yaralar çoğaldıkça aciyı duymaz insan <=> yaralar çoğaldıkça acıyı duymaz olur insan.

-muş does not change the meaning, but, somehow, indicates, that it´s not a knowledge from your personal experience, but someone elses´ that either you obtained it by listening to them or read it from books or such.

yaralar çoğaldıkça aciyı duymazmış insan <=> yaralar çoğaldıkça acıyı duymaz olurmuş insan.
