I understand that ‘bana göre’ means ‘according to me’.

In a movie I read subtitles ‘oraya gelmesine göre’ - ‘since you came here’.

i am also aware that ’göre’ can mean ‘in comparison’.

i haven’t been able to fine online these different uses explained and if I need to pair with ‘accusative’, ‘ablative’ etc suffix.

Teşekkür ederim

Words that precede ´göre´ have always to be in the dative:

Bana göre (=Bence) bu elbise daha şık.

Türkçe İngilizceye göre daha kurallı bir dil.
