atlari rüzgar kanatlilar

I believe this can not be said in any language this way. see my translation attempt.

atlilar atlilar kizil atlilar
horse men, horse men, red horse men
atlari rüzgar kanatlilar
(their) horses with wings of wind
atlari rüzgar kanat
horses with wind wing
atlari rüzgar
(their) horses of wind
atlari
their horses
at
are horse (meaning a real good horse)
rüzgar kanatli atlilar gibi gecti hayat.
life has passed just like the horsemen with wings of wind

just by cutting off some suffixes and words a new meaning is created so poetic!
