Herkese merhana

Eğer bir erkekle tanışırsam onunla şarap içeceğim.
If I meet a guy, I will drink wine with him.

I had a couple of questions about this sentence:

1- Why can´t we use simple conditional mode, so what is wrong with this sentence (or how the meaning would change)
Eğer bir erkekle tanışsam onunla şarap içeceğim.

2- Why can´t we use simple present tense instead of future tense, so what is wrong with this sentence:
Eğer bir erkekle tanışırsam onunla şarap içerim.

I understood that simple present tense is used for a non-specific time in the future, so I assumed that would be a better fit for this sentence.

It´s problematic. -sam is used for hypothetical things but in that case I would say:

Eğer bir erkekle tanışsam onunla şarap içerdim.

If I were to meet a guy, I would drink wine with him.

-sam is also used for wish. In that case "Eğer" doesn´t sound good, I would rather drop it and say:

Bir erkekle tanışsam onunla şarap içeceğim.

I wish meeting a guy, then I will drink wine with him.

Thank you, much appreciated!

Just to clarify: is there anything wrong with this sentence? (so here I don´t use tanışsam  but tanışırsam)
Eğer bir erkekle tanışırsam onunla şarap içerim.

... or would this one sound better?
Eğer bir erkekle tanışırsam onunla şarap  içeceğim.

First one has a habitual, and the second one has intentional meaning.
