Ok,let me try this, you mean which do we choose ?
To talk the language fluently,as if we are Türkler, but we don't understand the culture
Or, to understand about the culture itself, the Türkler themselves

Right ?

That is what you meant by saying Western and Eastern, can talk same words, but can't talk same language, right?
Cause they don't understand each other culturally

Aslında,Bence,it depends why would i want to learn the language?
And the way i've been tought the language too

İf i would learn the language for work, for fun,i wouldn't be much interested in the culture as much as if i want to learn it to live there

And the way i am studying the language too, some teachers not only teaching you a language, but giving you a culture, you feel you are flying there, watching and hearing what he say,and that would make you keen to know more and learn more, about the whole culture, and people too

Same concept here too at TC,there is a section to discover Turkyia,to see it and watch it,which would make you want to know more about it

But generally,i guess in the end you cann't separate language from culture, because language is the way the culture speaks
And in the end you would be interested in the culture too

Btw, can i say

Aslında,Bence together ? as i say in English, well,in my opinion...can i ??
