İ know sIn is one of kişi eki suffix,and i know its usage

But i saw it come like this

İstiyorsan , raziysan

İstiyorsun....means 'you want'
Raziysin.....means 'you are satisfied'

So what is
İstiyorsan ,and raziysan

why does it took this shap,what is the rule ?

Its the conditional suffix.
Istiyorsan - If you are wanting
Istersen -If you want
Isterse -If he wants
Istersem -If I want

And so on

I was studying the conditional suffix -se just yesterday......
