A Turkish cookery book that I have says that "soup houses are common in Turkia. However, when I was in Turkia I visited a number of towns and villages but saw no sign of these "soup houses". Did I just miss them?
Do they really exist in every town and village?
Are they worth visiting when I am next in Turkia (only 3 weeks now )
