it's referring to one of Nasrettin Hoca's famous jokes where he pours yoghurt into the lake (trying not to be caught by a guard while smoking a pot cigarette). He explains the guard that he's adding yeast to the water to prepare yoghurt, and to the surprise of the man who asks- "but it won't stick" he answeres: "ya tutarsa?"...
