what would you do when you feeling blue ?

Talking about it always help,specially if you talked with someone who really cares

İf it didn't solve it,then at least would make you feel better talking about it

Hearing suitable music,feel it,and maybe sing with it

and something else would help too

So what do you do when you're feeling blue ?

Opsss,i forgot the 'are' in the title, how can i modify it ?

When I'm feeling blue I do everything that you have described or play the piano or on my guitar or take a long walk. Just to sit by one that you like and to be hold is also good, (if he/she is around)

The very best thing for me to do, to cope with emotions under any circumstances, is to go out and dance salsa for some hours. It has really helped me a lot during the past years.

When I'm feeling blue I write my emotions down in poetry, or do some singing. If it's night time, I lay down under the stars. It can really help to talk about what makes us sad, and luckily my parents are always there for me to reassure me and see the light again.

Crawl up in my bed, watch DVD's or listen music,
call someone who cares, going out, shopping etc.

I usually think about all the happy things that happened in my life, and will most probably happen soon.. Actually I've been feeling quite bad recently. My doctor gave me the advise to cry for 30 minutes every day, she said it would really help.. haven't tried though, because I can't force myself to cry!

Other things I do is listen to slow songs, so make me feel calm and relaxed, and I just started doing some workouts (fitness, swimming, skating), which will give me more energy, mentally and physically

I like to sleep it off, then go to church and count my blessings. I know it sounds horrible, but when I hear about others who have real problems, diseases etc.. I tell myself to get over it. Life could be worse.
