Does Turkish have an indefinate second person pronoun or a way of explicitly making a pronoun indefinate? Or is the plural siz used to show the indefinate state?

In English there are three second person pronouns but Türkçe seems to not have the indefinate variant :-S

Second person pronouns in English are:
thou - definate singular (almost never used)
you - definate plural
one - indefinate

Examples:
1 - Thou art beautiful
2 - You must obey the rules
3 - One should act politely

1 and 2 refer to known people whereas 3 is indefinate about exactly which person(s) are encompassed by the pronoun.

Does that make it clearer?

Not much for me. I thought "thou" was just the old english for "you". you write continously definate, is not it definite?
But I'd translate the others as,

You should obey the rules. Kurallara uymalısınız.
One should obey the rules. Kurallara uyulmalı. In fact, it is "the rules should be obeyed". Or "herkes kurallara uymalı" "everyone should obey the rules."
These are the nearest ones and these three are used.

I am not a turkish teacher but I think we don't have the same as in english.

You can use 2nd person (both singular and plural) as indefinite just like in English. Very similar.

Ex:
If one drinks too much, they'll get drunk
In English you can say it using you
If you drink too much, you'll get drunk.
In Turkish
Çok içki içersen, kafayı bulursun.
etc.
