buying a book...help!

After reading the stories on here (thank you!) I've decided I'd like to buy a children's book with many easy stories. I enjoy learning that way and I think even though my Turkish husband thinks it's a bit silly, he also enjoys helping. Anyway, one possibility is "Türk Ninnilerinden Seçmeler." The book is described as:

Ninniler en az iki-üç aylıktan üç-dört yaşına kadar annenin çocuğuna, onu kucağında, ayağında veya beşikte sallayarak daha çabuk ve kolay uyutmak yahut ağlamasını susturmak için özel bir beste mani türünde bir dörtlükten meydana gelen bir çeşit türkülerdir.

Does it sound like what I'm looking for?

ninni=lullaby and most of Turkish mother really good on that,for show their tenderness for their kids while trying to sleep em evenand theres some samples of Turkish lullabies>>>>http://www.columbia.edu/~sss31/Can/ninni.html

So is it all lullabies? I guess I need to keep looking. I'm checking on the Tulumba site.
