It is "iyi ki varsın" and means "I'm glad there is you".

Canlı,
"iyi ki" means fortunately and "varsın" means "you exist". It is a conjugation of 'var', like 'var', 'varım', 'varsın', etc. and smillarly we have 'yok', 'yokum', 'yoksun'.
