Hi Emma, according to the dictionary on this site,

saçlı

1. (someone) whose hair is of (a certain) color: kızıl saçlı red-haired/red-headed.
2. (newborn baby) who has a fair amount of hair on his head.
3. (being born) with hair on one´s head.

i use the Langenscheidt turkish dictionary. It was a turkish friend who recomended this one and it is very good. When you are in turkey if you go to a book shop they are very cheap.

I have just looked and it say saçlı= hairy...haired

saç-lı : with hair. but this word is not often used alone. usually with an adjective before it. like,

kızıl saçlı
siyah saçlı
az saçlı
sık saçlı

the opposite meaning of saçlı is saçsız.(which also means 'kel' )

this is a -lı, -li, -lü, -lu and -sız, -siz, -suz, -süz type word. like;

çikolata-lı çikolata-sız
kol-lu kol-suz
şans-lı şans-sız
et-li et-siz

these are 2 suffix we add them (LI ) and (sIz)

And ofcourse each of them got 4 shapes accourding to the harmony rule
Lı ,Li,Lu,Lü....Sız,Siz,Suz,Süz

You can add them to the word to describe thig,or someone, something
And they are opposite in meaning with each other

Like this

Akıl... means mind Akıllı,,,means the one with the mind, like wise
Akılsız.... means he got no mind'unreasonable, foolish'

Kalp...means heart..kalplı ..means kind
Kalpsiz...means cruel

Şekerli kahve...means coffe with sugar
Şekersiz kahve...means coffee without sugar

And so on

Ohh,btw, here kalp.. it took kalpsiz, not kalpsız, because we pronounce the L so soft sound,so it take a soft sound in vowel too
And that goes mostly with most of the foreigner words Türkçede

Kalp is an arapçe word
You would find same with some other words, like

Saat,harf,seyahat,...and so on
