a poem(?) from a chewing gum

Can someone translate a text for me? When I was in Turkey some 2 weeks ago I bought a box of chewing gum and each piece of it was wrapped in a paper with some writing on it - one of them is as follows"
Aşktan canın yanmiş belli
Aşkı sılmişsin temelli
Ama bu çocuğa bir şans ver
Hiç olmazsa yüzde elli
