Could someone help me with this. It was on my bank statement

Hi, as far as i can understand, you have an "elma" account on Garanti Bankası. And according to principles of that account, 22 piece of Bank investment funds are automatically bougtht with your demand deposits on that account. So you will get interest revenue.
