A terrorist group calling itself the Kurdistan Freedom Falcons (TAK) claimed responsibility for attacks in resort areas in the last few days that killed three and injured more than a hundred. Attacks on the critical tourism industry are very sensitive in Turkey and authorities would not immediately confirm that the Monday attack in Antalya was the result of a bomb attack. Local residents are concerned Turkey's $18 billion tourist industry, a powerful engine for the economy, may be further damaged by the attacks, the latest in a string of bombings in the past year.

My friends say they are not letting the Kurdistan Freedom Fighters ruin their holiday to Içmeler. My friend in Antalya say s it is not stopping the English community there doing anything they normally do.

Our Tukish friend s are going about life as normal.

They don't seem to be having the desired effect do they?
