we'll be here wendy. december is unpredictable. But there is nothing colder than istanbul when its cold and wet. the chill goes right to the bone. Too early for Uludaag probably.

Thanks Keith, good to know. I will pack appropriately. By the way, how long have you worked in Turkey?

üzgünüm Ederim, but I can't afford a ticket for you too, but the skiing suggestion was good.

Uludağ and Ilgaz are very nice for winters. There are also very good places to skiing and to see.
Good choices...

I will most probably be in Turkey from the 24 of December until the 9th of January!

I'll go to Istanbul/Bursa/Balikesir, and the main reason for that because I want to meet the family of my bf..

But anyway, I'll try and enjoy it as well! At least it's not as cold as here in Holland! (Even though we haven't seen many cold winters lately..)

So if anyone will be somewhere near there when I'm there.. I'd be glad to meet you! lol
