Dinlenmek can be either "to rest" or "to be heard" depending on context

So Dinleniyorum is either "I am resting" or "I am being heard" - "I am resting" is probably more common.

Dinlemek is "to listen"
Dinlenmek is "to rest"

But dinleniyorum can be formed from either of these:
dinle-n-iyor-um
verb stem + passive suffix + present continuous + 1st person suffix
dinlen-iyor-um
verb stem + present continous + 1st person suffix

But both cases use a different verb stem.
