SEVGİLİ ARKADAŞIM

. . .

4.
Sevgili arkadaşım benim
Sana "sevgili arkadaşım" diyorum
Budur, bizim anladığımız sevdanın tanımı
İşte sana bir aşk şiiri
İçinde "sevgilim" sözcüğü geçmiyorsa
Suçun yarısı senin
Çünkü, ben de bize yaraşanların sözcüğünü değil
Kendesini seviyorum senin gibi

Süreyya Berfe

To my friends with love.
Translation would be verry welcome

OK, I know, you think that translating poems is not so important as translating SMS and discussing politics, but maybe someone could take 5-min break and translate this for me, because for me it is very important.
I tried to translate it myself, but after

My dear friend
I call you "my dear friend"

I stopped helpless...
Thanks in advance

MY DEAR FRIEND

My dear friend
I call you 'my dear friend'.
This, is the definition of our love
Here is a love poem for you.
If there is no "my love" in it
You have half of the guilt.
Because, just as you do,
I also love what we feel for each other,
not the word used for it.

Hello!!!

I do not want to sound selfish but I tought the poem was for me because I feel the same for you , sestrichka.
I tried to translate it but stoped on the same sentence , after Admin's great translation I can admit I was on right path.
Thank you Sibel-sestrichka for the poem.
And my gratitude to Admin who helped me to understand it.

Me, Bliss

- and this is for you
