let me try to correct please
bugün hava çok güzel değil, değil mi?
ben doktoru gittim
araba yoldu
of course, my 'corrections' should be checked as well
The first sentence is not a negation, therefore it should be: "bugun hava cok guzel, degil mi?"
In the second sentence, the verb "gitmek" asks for the "-a/e" case, therefore it should be "doktora gittim"
The third sentence requires the use of "-ki" form, therefore, the correct form is "yoldaki araba"

The car on the road
You must think in Turkish....
the ones in the classroom= sinif+ta(location)+ki(those who are)+ler(plural)= siniftakiler
the car on the road= yol+da(location)+ki(the one which is)
well, this is not an easy construction; maybe a Turkish grammer book and lots of exercises will ake things easier
