One question, why do you use çagırmak? is that better? or more common to use?

Well,i don't know what is more common to use really,i am learning too
But if you check the meaning of both words at the dictionary ,you will find çagırmak more close to the meaning you want
There is a word means exactly 'i will call you' but i don't remember it now
You can use telefon etmek too and it would be clearer

'Annem beni yemeğe çağırıyor' - My mother is calling me to dinner.

but is there another word you use it in to call for a phone ?

Like ,'i will call you ' other than aramak ?

aramak = telefon açmak = telefon etmek = to phone
also aramak means 'looking for'
'Ne arıyorsun?' - what are u looking for?

çağırmak = something like 'shout' , you dont use phone as u calling somebody
