Now that I am teaching, I usually go to bed around 7pm (19:0, and wake at 2a.m. (02:0 or 3a.m. (03:0. I am a morning person and have a very stressful teaching job. I am sharpest at 2 or 3. I am most creative and productive in the early hours of morning. It is my nature my love. So please understand, when you phone me I am sleeping and not out partying.
