He doesn't get a chance too. He died when I was 11. I saw him dying in my arms when I was 11!

Kai, I cannot even imagine what you must have gone though, and this is such a tragic post. However, this whole thread is becoming uncomfortable reading where it seems people are competing for the most pity  I sincerely feel such sympathy with you, but I hate to see tragedies used as "points"

waiting for people to take forever to get out of the damn lift, then when they are all out and i walk in, the lift doors close on me!!

no canıms, i was just clearly stating that you shouldn't say your life is worse off than others without knowing what the other person has been through.
Sorry to all if i upset you  and to make certain i NEVER use any such tragedies in my life to make a point.

That happened to me once....well sort of....I needed to go up to the 5th floor (25 sets of stairs) and I went to get on level 1 when an annoying guy shut the doors on purpose and gave one of those cheesy smiles like this >>> 
so I ran up to the second floor and beat the lift and when I got in the guy was like >>>  and just to get my own back before I got out on the 5th floor i pressed all the buttons before his floor which hilariously was the 27th  he wasn't very amused and in the end it was me who had the last laugh   |
oh, that annoys me as well!! when there are people in the lift, the doors are about to close, and the people see you running to the lift, and they let the doors close just before you reach the lift...

people talking to me when im trying to look for a job..on the plus side i may be working at my old college/university site as a lecturer..my old lecturer is my reference and conducting the interviews and urged me to apply..finally i might get what i've always dreamed of

The fact I have to go under urgent surgery, which wil leave me with plates and bolts inside me and not to mention a scar and weeks in a cast again!
