morning everybody can someone help please

hello everyone im trying in vain to get in touch with a friend in turkey we keep missing each other so would someone be kind enough to translate this for me and i will add it to my name on msn then at least he gets my message!!

hey (HI) tolga, sorry i missed you earlier. today i am going rafting it is only 2/3 but still good i hope!! speak soon

merhaba tolga.seni erken ozledigim icin kusura bakma.bugun raftinge gidiyorum.o sadece 2/3 sanırım hala iyi.yakında gorusuruz
