^^I am writing to ask for your help to inform the students in your department about garduate study opportunities at the State Univ. of Buffalo in the department of civil,structure which is one of premier departments in the USA according to the National Research Council survey of PhD granting departments..
We are contuniously recruiting graduate students to work on funded research projects or to work as teaching asistants.We providefull financial aid to qualified graduate students.Most students are supported as teaching asistants and/or as research asistants during the duration of their studies.Teaching asistants and research asistants receive a stipend that covers all their living expenses and they also get a full tuition waiver.Inessence,all of their expenses are covered during their studies.Of course we also accept self-supported graduate students into our program.
The application deadline for Fall 2006 admission is Jan 15,2006(for studebts asking for financial aid) and April,2006(for self-supported students)^^
