The translation of the sentence " Kutuda ne var?" into English is What's there in the box?, or what's in the box?

However, "what is there in the box?" is not wrong. It could be used when someone knows that something is in the box but it might have changed from what was in there before. In this case you would stress "is" (hence why "what is" instead of "what's"). The sort of time this form would be used is by a magician during a performance to add drama.

But for general usage "what's in the box" sounds better.
