I usually go to Altinkum, but have been to Side before. I hope to travel all around Turkey someday, but I love Didim.

I always go to Icmeler for my holidays, but Ayvalik and Izmir to visit my friends. I have only spent a total of 8 weeks in Turkey (over the last 15 months - first time for me was July 2004).
I have been to:
İçmeler, Marmaris Ayvalik, Sarımsaklı, Izmir, Ankara, Köyceğız and various other small places. I love Icmeler for my summer holiday with my family and English friends , but i feel really at home and comfortable in Ayvalik (18 days there) - I am just like a Turk when I am there. I really love Izmir, its just an awesome place (total of only 3 days) also for walking and shopping and eating. (Well Konak mostly).

i ve visited Turkey many times. I 've been to many places in the Aegean coastline, such as Kusadasi, Izmir, etc. Istanbul aslo, is a favorite and close destination for me. But i prefer Antalya by far. Even though it takes me 3 flights and a fortune in plane tickets to reach there

I have only flown in and out of Istanbul on a changeover - so have never seen the City.
I have spent time in Bodrum peninuslar, travelled down to Marmaris, Datca, stopped off in Calis, Fethiye, Hisaronu, and then on to Kalkan (which is my favourite) and Kas.
It is a very varied coastline - some too touristic for me and some beautiful and unspoilt - the mountains and rivers are lovely and the villages seem to remain quaint and charming. There's certainly a lot to Turkey and I can't wait to see more!
