don't worry, we spoke with her yesterday morning. unfortunately she had failed in the exam, but i hope that our talking with her made her feel a little better

Don't worry!
I spoke(talked)to him.Unfortunately,He failed in the examimation but I hope that taking to hime made him feel alright.

Note:you can't use the past perfect tense just for a single sentence.
Past perfect time is used with at least 2 past tense
Past perfect tense+before/after+the simple past tense
Example:The train had left before I arrived at the station.

sağol mehmet!

gerçi yunanlıyım, belli olan biraz hata yaptım ingilizcede, ama bu benim için pek önemli değil çünkü türkçeyi iyi öğrenmek istiyorum ve sadece yukarıdaki masajla ne demek istediğimi anlatmak için çevirdim

tekrar teşekkürler!
