i heard that theres is going to be skyscrapers in istanbul.and they are going to be the biggest in the world.

one of them will be 70 floors , and 94 !will be finished to build in 2008..in Levent.

Dubai firms think to build them but as for me its difficult..İstanbul has own mystical appearance..when you look at NY you can see lots of height scyscraper and this tells us NY..but İstanbul is different city..I dont want to see it like NY..we dont need scyscrapers much...İstanbul is İstanbul..

Sky scrapers: I was so frightened in my apartment on holiday last week, I froze, because there was an earthquake the three story building shook and swayed. All I could think about was it being solid concrete and coming down on us.
It was a terrifying experience.
The ceiling light was swaying for awhile afterwards and the part connecting the ceiling dropped.
I can't imagine living in a Sky scraper?

We have the biggest building in Europe right near my house, Cabot towers, in Canary Wharf it is 50 storeys.

AFAIK it will be the first "Drill" shaped scraper in the world,I think tis because of they want to make a quake-durable scraper.
